A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total.
Late arrivals
There's a short grace period. After that, your design may be simplified or the appointment rescheduled.
Cancellations & reschedules
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to keep your deposit for a new date.
Fixes
Lifting or breaks within a few days are fixed free. Just send a photo.
